Conditions at Lough Mask Mobile Homes
On reservation we ask you for a Booking deposit of 100 Euro, this is kept as a security/damages deposit, meaning if there are any damages to the Mobile Home or contents by your party, costs will be deducted from this, also if the Mobile Home is not left in clean condition, 20 Euro will be charged for cleaning it. You will also be charged for extra gas if used. We expect everyone to leave their holiday home in good clean condition.
We supply you with electricity, 1 cl gas, pillows, quilts, bed linen. If you are coming from outside Ireland we will supply you with towels at no extra charge.
We only rent boats to people with experience of handling one. As Lough Mask can be a dangerous lake with rocks we must have your Mobile Phone number to contact you if you have not returned to shore on time, also for you to contact us if you have trouble while on the lake.
Life Jackets must be worn by everyone going out on the lake. If you don’t have a life jacket with you, they can be hired out here.
Time of hire begins at 4pm on day of arriving. If you are arriving later than 7 pm, please contact us beforehand.
Moving out time is 10.30 to 11am on day of leaving, as the Mobile Home must be ready for next customers.
Only the number of persons that the Holiday Home was reserved for will be allowed in. No visitors allowed on property. We do not allow dogs or any other pets.
Payment
Payment of deposit (which is also taken as damages deposit) is required on booking, if payment is not received within 8 working days it is cancelled. You will not be notified. You can pay full amount for your stay, on website, or pay on arrival in cash.
Refunds
You get full refund if you give notice of cancellation no later than 3 weeks before arrival date, there is no refund on bookings made within 3 weeks of arrival date.
